Job Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Integration
Summary:
The Senior Manager leads a team of IT analysts and architects in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT initiatives to support business objectives. This role focuses on solution delivery, risk mitigation, and acting as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, ensuring training and career development.
- Translate business needs into IT capabilities and identify application and infrastructure gaps.
- Manage Omni-channel systems, data warehouses, enterprise integrations, and end-to-end Ecommerce implementations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure scalability, security, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and product evaluations to meet business requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive architecture artifacts documenting systems, data flows, and integrations.
- Implement policies to enhance and secure infrastructure while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Analysts and Architects, overseeing hiring, training, performance, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles; retail systems knowledge preferred.
- Expertise in architecture domains such as Data, Integration, Application, and Technology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
